Namaste Eric: Glad you are feeling better. So great that you are

part of our wonderful world wide family. I too forget to eat

regularly, and my health practitioner finally helped me understand the

damage to the body.

Guess who referred me to the practitioner?

Maa of course.

So, everywhere I turn, She is there is some form or the other, helping

me to grow and see Her in everything.

Jai Ma Jai Swami

however these activities are demanding and require lots of energy. The

body is made of food, annamaya kosha, and the energy that fuels it's

activities, physical and mental, is largely biochemical for the time

being. If one neglects the physical vehicle, thinks one is beyond

eating or simply becomes neglectful of eating, while engaging in a

worldly life, watch out.Your physical vehicle can deteriorate, then

your sadhana, your work and studies becomes impeded. Becoming too

involved with these things, I often forgot to eat and thus neglected

common sense.

graciously pointed out the relevant message. This is a tremendous

direct blessing. The Divine Mother's protection is quite astonishing.

Im grateful beyond words for the opportunity to study the Chandi together.
