Jennifer and all: unwanted thoughts

Namaste Dear Sister and all family: I pray that you experience the

deepest lessons and healing that Maa intends for you. Just remember

that you are not alone. We all share your experience.

As I move through life, I realize that Maa creates these experiences

for my growth. Each time a painful experience arises, I can either

dive into activity to avoid the pain and then hope that it just

disappears, or, I can look for the lesson and get to the root cause of

the pain. Each time, when I look at the root of the pain or distress,

I find the same issues: fear of loss, fear of failure, JUST PLAIN FEAR.

Of course, fear is present because I am attached to the fluctuations

of my mind, and to the impermanent and ever changing relative waves of

life, and not experiencing the fullness of Shiva, the Consciousness of

Infinite Goodness.

So, I chant more mantras, enter into satsunga with our family here on

the club and at the Mandir, and pray to Shiva-Swami, and Durga-Shree

Maa, to bring me into harmony with Them.

Ultimately, I have faith that we will all experience that Oneness with

Shiva and Shaki and remember our Divinity, our Birthright: Gods and

Goddess living on this Earth, One with the Divine.

Jai Maa Jai Swami

Dear Vishweshwar, thank you for your kind words and blessing. Day

three of this practice for me, and I'm already noticing a difference.

With gratitude, Jennifer
