got a question about a mantra for protection

Blessings all,

Sorry I'm so quiet. My work has been a nightmare and I'm just plain exhausted. Both mentally and physically.

i'm also an empath so I soak up energies around me like a sponge which is also exhausting to me. I'm finding that the intentions and way the high up management does things we are all on eggshells in fear that the agency is going down. Is there a mantra for protection? It's pretty bad right now.

Peace, Carie

Peace to you, Carie. I'm so sorry to hear that the energies of your

work are penetrating your gentle aura.

I am not aware of what mantras offer protection, but an effective

solution I've found is to carry pyrite, black tourmaline, malachite

and/or jasper on you, or have some lovely pieces gridding your

office for some peaceful, calming Earth energy. Rose quartz helps

too.

I teach in an incredibly stressful environment, but my desk and

classroom (and pockets!) are gridded with Mother's gifts. It makes

all the difference in the world...!

Good luck, and much love to you,

sal.

Hi,

I find this mantra really helpful - chanted 13 times, with strong pronounciation and vibration of the "ng" by pressing the tongue up against the back of the roof of your mouth. I recommend grounding very well before starting to chant.

Kring, Kring, Kring

Hung, Hung

Hring, Hring, Hring

Daksine Kalike

Kring, Kring, Kring

Hung, Hung

Hring, Hring, Hring

Swaha

Peace,

Kamalam

Greetings and Jai maa to you and all those who suffer from the

perennial pangs of winter blahs.

Now that you hae opened a new can of worms( or is it a 44 gallon drim

of internal worms, that eat us all alive!!!), I could justifiably join

the many in claiming to be suffering as acutely and with so much of

internal pains. This is time for all of us to join in perfect chorus

to sing out in Chandi path, and repeat the Maha Mritunjaya mantras,

without even blinking the eyelids. This is the perfetc time for all

of us to convincingly pool in our energies in creating internal

kavacha or armour to help ourselve. Trust wihout any doubt that Shree

Maa is there guiding us all through these turbulent and trying times,

and act as an evershining beacon of hope and support.

Amongst the darkeness, will you find that unique and evertwinkling

sparkle of light which once was speck of thought, but now a bright

star.

Amongst the few, will you notice the glow of utmost love, peace and

divine blessings galore, that transcent all boundaries and norms

Amogst those who usurp our happiness, will you surrender to the

powers of the Divine Mother, and cry out please MAAA!!!

Amongst the many who refuse to pay heed to inner pangs, will you be

the one to move forward and feel, without doubt, that envelope of

compassion and unending love!!!

Be that one who searches not far, but from within.

Jai Maa and Jai Shri Swamiji.

Repeat after me, there is Hope Love Peace Joy and Glory to all

Let this be your clarion call to the supreme divinity in you .

namastes and peace,

babu krishnan

Dear Carie,

I truly empathize with what you;re going through.

For me, thinking & chanting the names of my favourite Guru/ Deity

helps (sincerely, with faith that He/She will help). Sometimes it is

only with sheer desperation that we truly surrender :-)

Try a wholesome practise - suitable Yoga asanas, food that calms you

down, with your chosen spiritual path. Once a while, try doing

something you've never done before..

It may not give you quick results, but will help you deal with the

problem by shifting your focus/awareness towards other possibilities

in life...and present you various ways of looking at a problem.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Vidya
