She is Goddess of learning, wisdom, and knowledge, thus She and is very important to teachers and students or all ages. Maa suggests we worship Her today and give thanks to Her and ask for Her blessings in our endevors, our studies, our search for Divine Knowledge. Swami will perform puja to Her tonight at the Mandir at 6:15 PM, join us on-line, live at 6:16 pacific time. As part of the puja students bring their books, musical instruments, computers, pens and pencils, etc, for Her blessing. Also, you can perform puja to Her at home, or, simply repeat Her mantra at least 108 times and pray to Her for help and thank Her for all of Her blessings. Her mantra is Om Sang Saraswati Namah If you see this post Tuesday, worship Her then, and every day. She is always present in our hearts and ready to help us. Maa suggests that students perform Her puja, or mantra, daily in order to receive Her grace. Even repeating Her mantra prior to a test will bring Her blessings. Also, the Devi Mandir family is part of the Saraswati lineage, S{Swami Saraswati}, thus it is doubly important for us to thank Her for Her blessings, and for our dear Swami.
