Namaste!

 

Are there Rudraksa Malas available at the Mandir? … mine of

sandlewood is much worn (worn by time, and not all from japa I am reluctant to admit).

I know it is possible to find then on the internet, but prefer to have one from

the Devi Mandir if possible.

 

Also, I want to plan a visit to the Mandir this spring or summer.

How do I arrange this?

Since no one who knows has answered yet I'd like to suggest that if you can't

get rudraksha malas at Devi Mandir you buy direct from India, since you can

find them very cheap, blessed by Vedic priests, and with far less expensive

shipping costs than you probably imagine. I'd recommend Celextel

http://www.celextel.com/ which I've found to be both reliable and knowledge-

able. The only disadvantage is the waiting time for delivery.

 

If you'd feel more confident purchasing from a dealer within the US or want

quick delivery try Yoga Basics

http://www.yogabasics.com/japamalabeads/index.html They carry pretty

much the same malas as Celextel but at three to five times the Indian price.

 

I should say that I have no connection, financial or otherwise with these

dealers except as a satisfied customer.
