Guest guest
Namaste Family, As the new Julian month commences tomorrow, wishing you the best for new resolutions and plans! Our Chandi discussion continues. Verse 16 is an important verse. " And as the King went into deeper contemplation of the loss of his wealth and his present situation, his mind became absorbed in pain and his thoughts controlled by worldly attachments. " As such contemplations arise in our mind, what remedies are available? We welcome your thoughts and discussion! Love srini
Guest guest
Namaste: There is no end to the contemplation of one's problems. This is our experience. Thinking about one's problems on increases suffering. So what is one to do? Keep thinking? Maa and Swami teach us that reciting the Chandi, while using pranayama, and sitting in an asan, one can come into contact with She Who Tears Apart Thoughts. Then Her solves our problems. For only She can defeat the Great Ego and his army of thoughts, and bring balance to Too Much and Too Little. Guest guest
Namaste, Namaste, When the troubles and worries of the mind rise to the foreground, i try to do Mantras or even better, give the problems to Divine Mother. Maa doesn't want us to worry about anything...She will take all our problems if we can give/surrender them to Her. Can't say that i am successful at this all the time, but crying and giving the problems to Maa are an incredible release. Miss all of you...Jai Maa...Jai Swamiji...Jai Maa , " inspectionconnection108 " <inspectionconnection108 wrote: > > Namaste: There is no end to the contemplation of one's problems.
