Once you can do that, I can give you a method for using it which Maa and Swami have taught us. Do you perform any type of meditation? Have you ever chanted? Do you have a mala to count the mantra as you chant it? Do you know how to perform japa? Let me know what spiritual practices and techniques you practice so I can understand experience and back ground.
