Namaste all family: Swami has said that when doing pranayama, one

breathes in the stress of the world, and breathes out love and

harmony. One becomes a purifier for this world. That is our for

this world. That is our reason for being alive.

Breath in, breath out. Make this world a better place. Be conscious

of the part you play in the Divine Drama

Namaste,Interesting, does stress mean suffering?: Sounds somewhat like applied Tibetan Buddhist Tonglen:1) Puraka:Inhale Suffering your own/ a loved one's suffering, the world's suffering, see it as a sickly mass of cancerous ooze, 2) Kumbhaka, hold breath, feel compassion, watch it transform into light, flower petals, freedom, bliss, 3) Rechaka: Exhale, send out the flowers, light, bliss, the healing, the peace to yourself, to your loved ones, to the world. Antar Kumbhaka: Hold breath out, and allow the whole experience to return to emptiness, stillness. Continue in cycles. Tibetan nuns, practicing tonglen, allegedly helped their immune system's get stronger and kill off leprosy infection. This would make for interesting research, but who would fund it?Pranams.Jai Maa, Jai Swami,Ericinspectionconnection108 <inspectionconnection108 wrote: Namaste all family: Swami has said that when doing pranayama, one breathes in the stress of the world, and breathes out love and harmony.
