The 20th day of April is a very special day, because...it is Eric J's

birthday! Dear Eric, this is a happy day for all your friends and

family at the Devi Mandir , and we are joined together in

whishing you a happy, happy birthday! Please accept this Seed of

Wisdom from the Devi Mandir Garden of Delight as a token of our love

and appreciation:

" Is it ever possible to know the Infinite Supreme Divinity? What is

the necessity of knowing " It " ? We have, with great difficulty,

attained a human birth. I only need devotion to Her Lotus Feet. If my

thirst is quenched with one small pot of water, why should I measure

how much water is in the pond? If I am intoxicated with one bottle of

wine, why should I count how many bottles are in the store? Why should

I concern myself about how big Infinity is? "

may She who pours forth goodness quench your thirst today and all

days,
