Guest guest
-Namaste: thanks for the great message. I can feel the love and hop, and faith in the words. Letting go, there is no choice. Ah, but we think we have one. What folly. This is the value of this great and holy satsunga. We support and help each other in the most important function in our lives: letting go. When we do, the love can flow into our hearts. As Swami said to a devotee: " .... if you persist in trying to hold on and and " be right " , then you block me out. I cannot send you love and help you if you block me out. But, if you " let go " , then I can help. Why do you think I created this Mandir / Ashram? I wanted to have a sacred place where we could have a " love - in. " Why do you think Maa created this Universe? So we can have a " love in " . Many many thanks for your support. I can't do it alone. Letting go is the very basis of this work, and it requires a complete dedication to witness every thought, and then to sacrifice each thought, each urge, each conditioned idea and desire to the sacred homa fire that burns eternally within us. To really let go, requires much strength and determination, as well as Grace. I find that there is a real choice at every moment, whether to react, or to let go..react or let go...react or let go. My ego and conditioning always wants to choose to react (being of Italian descent doesn't help much either.. I try to always remember to make myself a big zero, as our Beloved Shree Maa says. I meet with a lot of failure, and have had to also cultivate compassion for my own process, so that I can stand back up, dust myself off and continue ahead. > > This whole process requires that we unlearn all that we have been taught about ourselves. It is one big process of " undoing " , is it not? We must completely demolish the existing structure, brick by brick, in order to experience the limitless sky which lies behind it. We must become really good at recognizing resistance! Kali! Kali! KaliMaa! Jai Maa!!!! May our resistance melt away, like Ghee at the Homa Fire. May our offered resistance be the fuel for the Divine Fire that transmutes it all! May we all find victory and join in the Eternal Celebration of Light and Love! > > With Much Love and Peace, > Sanatani > > > -------------- Original message ---------------------- > " inspectionconnection108 " <inspectionconnection108 > > Namaste: tonight in Chandi class, Swami spoke about the goal of > > chanting: to witness thoughts and simply observe them as impulses of > > nature, and know the reality of Aim Hrim Klim, that it is the nature > > of nature to constantly change: change She will and change She must. > > But, we, as the Supreme Observer, Shiva, can remain uninvolved as the > > thoughts dance on the stage. > > As I listened to Swami speak of this supreme goal, a thought arose > > which I had been holding onto for the past 24 hours.
