Namaste Morningsong: So true, so true. Thanks for listening and

providing such a thoughtful and loving reply. Each day we have

numerous chances to love ourselves and others. But, our stresses and

samskaras " color " our mind and heart and keep us in the lower vibrations.

We just have to begin from this very moment to make love the number

one priority of our life.

While we were driving, my wife was sharing a wonderful inspirational

CD of a motivational speaker and he suggested we just say: " I Love

You " , inside, silently, in the midst of all activity, and whether we

believe it or not, we will feel love, and love will grow.

Whether we choose to say that phrase, or Om Namah Shiva, or any mantra

which suits us, we have to take every opportunity to direct our

attention to the highest vibration possible.

And what is higher than love?

Jai Maa Jai Swami, Dear sister
