Guest guest
Jai Maa! Namaste! My name is Priyasharan and I am new here. Greetings to all the wonderful children of our Divine Mother! I have recently been engaged in debate about religion and spirituality with some people who aren't Hindu. Whenever they try to talk about the superiority of their religion and the inferiority of Hinduism, the bring up their idea that people have in the past and posibly still today continue to offer human sacrifice to Sri Kali Ma. I'm not sure how to respond to this. I don't have any evidence that human sacrifice hasn't happend or doesn't happen, but in my heart I am pained that my Divine Mother is maligned in such a way. I would very much like someone to point me to an authoratative response to this charge. Is is true? I just don't know how to respond. Please help! Jai Maa! Guest guest
Hi Priyasharan, People do not need to use God as an excuse for bad behavior - though they often do. God and Her true devotees have nothing to do with the evil done by others. Evil people have committed evil acts in the name of every religion through the ages, yet God and His devotees remain the same. Please don't involve yourself is such fruitless and fallacious debates. They have nothing to do with your divine experience. Jai Maa! Chris , " priyasharanshyam " <priyasharanshyam wrote: > > Jai Maa! > > Namaste! > > My name is Priyasharan and I am new here.
