Namaste Priyasharan, Here is Swami's response to your question. See

the question below his response.

Our objective in the worship of Mother Kali is perform a sacrifice of

our own ego, not someone else's. I have heard of human sacrifice, but

in all honesty, during my 40+ years association with India, I have

never seen such a sacrifice, nor do I know of any place where such a

sacrifice has been performed, nor do I know of anyone who has

performed it.

Radhe Radhe

Jai Maa

Thank you Swami for your answer and thank you fellow devotees for

your answers too.

I appreciate your satsang. I am very shy and am very undisciplined

when it comes to sadhana.

I am mostly a devotee of Sri Radhika who I believe is the source of

all the forms of the Divine Mother. She is the Supreme form of Divine

Love. I guess I prefer the loving form of Divine Mother, my earthly

mother in this life was wrathful enough.

Anyway. I'm happy to be here!

Jai Sri Radhe!
