Guest guest
Namaste all family: tonight at the Temple, as I knelt down to receive Maa's blessing with my wife, Maa noted that we have been confused lately. I replied that we had been, and asked for Her help. Dear Family, neither my wife or I had said a word to Maa about the dramas of this past week. So you can imagine how we felt when we realized that She knew what had been happening, and how it had effected us. Many times I have said that Maa knows all things which happen in Her devotee'e lives, but, it is always surprising to be confronted with that knowledge. Maa can feel the anguish, pain, and confusion, as well as the love of Her devotees, and She knows our thoughts. Even when we think are alone with our thoughts, She is present. Patiently She waits for us to acknowledge Her and ask for Her help. She won't intrude, She just sends us love, and when we " come to our senses " , She is ready and willing to help. Oh how blessed we are. Maa help us with our confusion. Take the energy away from it, and give it to Pure Devotion, so we can think of Only You, Always. Guest guest
Namaste Vish, You are so true that Mother knows things which happen in Her devotees lives lives. I pray that with Her help and guidance the confusion will find a permanent place in heaven. Please allow me to share a similar story. I have been in the Administrative field for the past 16 years until last December when the the final project ended and i was out of work. In late January, the same organization offered me a short contract but this was done by telephone and i agreed assuming that it would have been along the lines of my previous employment and in any event i was preparing to visit the Mandir and did not have the time to speak to them in person. On assuming duties, the worked being offered was more in the line of basic accounting, i.e following after outstanding payments and purchase orders. As the weeks flow by more and more accounting was coming to the desk . It was not until around the last Kali Puja when i was given a project budget to prepare, that i recalled a meeting with Maa just a few days before the commencement of the job. Maa asked me on two occasions whether i worked with accounts and both times my reply was -no Maa, my work is more secretarial with a small bit of accounting. Now, the wheel has turned completely as secretarial aspect is only now 10% of the duties. The thought really jumped me, and i sat for a long time that night looking at Maa's focus and praying to Her for the capacity to love and serve Her with the Pure Devotion that She is so deserving of. Each morning, I offer a pray for to Goddess for guidance because i have no formal training in accounts and never envisaged such. Mother alone is the Doer. How blessed are we to be in the aura of so awesome a being.
