It seems to be a reductionistic thought to imagine that fear is always false evidence appearing real. Fear is a protective mechanism of the instinctual mind. You are about to crash into a car ahead of you while on the road, you don't feel any fear, only a numbing calm, because you are so spiritually aware and confident that you wouldn't be on the road if your higher self hadn't told you first, so you just press your foot on the accelleration pedal with a little more vigour, carshing to your death laughing confidently about how good you will feel shedding off the mortal coil, that is when you wake up with several hemoraged internal organs, severed limbs and shattered bones. Without fear to warn you, that seizing in your gut, you would press the accelleration pedal to your blissful death, and perhaps the deaths of the other people in the car ahead

of you and behind you. Fear is Shakthi, part of the human emotional spectrum. It can evolve if you accept what it is, and learn what it has to teach. Supressing, denying, destroying fear does not really improve the situation. It can evolve.

Would you be able to tell me what brought you into such situation.

FEAR?? Every second your mind is on FEAR. Fear of what ifs.

Especially, when driving a car. Your mind should have been on the

road. You can never crash into a car if you were conscious or aware.

You are thinking about FEAR, false evidence appearing real, all the

way while driving... Once you stop thinking of what was and ifs of

your entire life, you'll find you are never in such situations. If you

start worrying, ask that mind of yours to SHUT UP, ENOUGH, SILENCE. Do

that every time.

You will find that you already have the answer and solutions to all

the was and ifs. YOU DO. You are just not quiet enough to listen.

There is no such thing as FEAR. Its just a figment of your imagination

of a movie called CREATING FALSE EVIDENCE APPEARING REAL. Stop

creating violent movies for your mind. It doesn't need it.

Take care. Give your mind some peace. You worry it too much.

Jai Maa Kali.
