Shree Maa was changing the clothes of all the deities in the cosmic altar in preparation for Navaratri. And She said, this is an auspicious time to pray to Mother to remove all obstacles. Mother in this Navaratri is called is Vipattarini Durga, Vipad is adversity or calamity. She removes all disturbances, obstacles, etc. when we pray to Her with sincerity. In the Mandir we will be chanting the mantra Om Hrim Srim Dum Durgayai Namaha, 5000 times everyday at the fire. You are welcome to participate in this sankalpa.
