Namaste Linda and all family: Yes, Swami always states the most

complex ideas in a simple manner. I want to remember to always thank

our ancestors for preparing us through both positive and negative

experiences. So profound. We have to remain ever mindfull of the 2

sides of every experience lest be become " upset " when we experience a

" negative " experience.
