Namaste: Maa and Swami taught me to dance. To dance with a

transcendental passion and love that leaves me full of joy and love.

To immerse myself in the flow of Divine love, to move with the Cosmic

beat Lord Shiva Himself plays on His Divine Drum. Maa and Swami taught

me to dance. To dance to the Divine Mother, to focus all my attention

and devotion on Her. They demonstrated that something so simple can

carry one across the ocean of objects and relationships, and bring one

to the Divine.

To dance, to perform aarti to Her, is the highest form of respect I

have learned from them. To dance with the devotees of God, to open the

flood gates of joy, to dance in harmony with all. What a Joy. What

great good fortune.

I thank you both, Maa and Swami, from the bottom of my heart, for

teaching me how to dance.

Dear Vishveshwar,

Thanks for sharing your gifts from Maa and Swamiji with us all!! Its

so inspirational. Makes me want to share mine too. It took some time

for me to articulate this.

Maa and Swamiji gave me the 'Armour of the Godess'!!!

Swamiji's translations of the Chandi Path are indeed `enlightening'.

The logic of prayer as a tool for removing confusion of the mind and

other negative emotions such as anger, jealousy, greed, fear,

indecision and many others rests upon the foundation of faith and

surrender to the Self.

However, prayer is not enough.

And as Swamiji has so well interpreted in the Chandi Path, in the

`Armour of the Godess':

• Inspiration is the first step to enlightenment. The Creative

Capacity says, " Listen to that, Oh Man of Great Wisdom " . Not everyone,

but Man of Wisdom.

• The second step to enlightenment is Sacred Study. Inspiration is

necessary, but in itself quite incomplete without study- sacred study,

proper relevant study, deep and wide study with total absorption.

• The third step is delight of practice. If you don't practice you

don't progress! Any trade, any profession or skill can be perfected

only through practice.

• Not just practice for the sake of practice, but single mindedly,

with devotion and never losing sight of the Goal, or one's objectives.

Austerity! Is the Fourth Step to Enlightenment.

• Fifth step is when you have perfected your skills and you begin to

reinvent, to recreate what you have learnt and to innovatively apply

what you have learnt to different situations.

• But, never forget all the while, to stay within the Law, the Rules

of the Game. Stay Pure. Ethical. The Game Theory has explained it

well. Sixth Step to Enlightenment.

• Once you have mastered your skill, Don't succumb to Egotism,

Arrogance, Pride. Stay humble. The Seventh step to enlightenment.

• If you can maintain the seven steps for long enough, you become a

Master. The Great Radiant Light, the eighth step to enlightenment has

been achieved.

• Continuing maintenance of the eight steps leads to hard found

Perfection. The Highest Level of Enlightenment.

But prayer is necessary, to draw upon the Self. To take the blessings

of the Divine Mother who is eternally victorious.

This is the Armour of the Godess that has become a part of my life.My

Handbook for living.

Jai Maa and Jai Swamiji.
