Questions about November trip to Banrasa with Maa and Swamiji

Dear Family,

 

A devotee recently asked us questions about Shree Maa and Swamiji's

forthcoming trip to India. Our responses to those questions follow.

I would like to join the Varanasi trip with Shree Maa & Swamiji.

However, I have some doubts that you could hopefully advise on..

 

1- will the schedule of prayers & timings, etc be published on the

website before the trip?

 

We will be doing homa, puja, and path in the mornings and kirtan in

the evenings. The exact times will become available after we reach India.

 

2- would we all have the opportunity to receive Darshan from Maa &

Swamiji?

 

Yes, of course!

 

3- there may be situations (on long prayers/ Homas, etc) where some of

us may have to leave to have meals/ have toilet breaks. Is this

acceptable during prayers conducted by Maa & Swamiji? This situation

is inevitable in some cases, but I'd just like to ensure that

sensitivities are adhered to.

 

It is perfectly fine to do so. Please arrange any such departures in a

manner that the group's sadhana rhythm is not affected.

 

4- is it advisable to fast during/ prior to the trip?

 

The more you give up, the more you will receive. Choose a fasting

schedule according to your personal circumstances, using discrimination.

May I ask please (since I am not going on this trip), how long will Maa

and Swamiji be gone? Will we here at home still have access to them and

Devi Mandir online? Will any of the Manidr family stay or will everyone

be gone to India? Will the still function?
