Guest guest
I am new to this group. I signed on here after going over the Devi Mandir site several times. One of the first things I did while visiting was to ask for prayers for me and my friend. This is not something that is encouraged, I think, within the teachings that I have received, but I felt a great need. I also offered my prayers to Sri Ma Dakshineswari at the Kali Puja in Laguna Beach last weekend. This was put on by the Kali Mandir there. Ma Kali is my ishta devata. As soon as I had asked to be prayed for on the Devi Mandir site and saw the picture of Sri Maa thanking me, I felt relieved. It was good for me also to offer puja to Divine Mother directly of course. I feel some unwinding and loosening of the knots of my problems and the relationship between me and my friend is becoming easier and stronger. This was the gist of my prayer. I thank anyone who read my request and sent a thought out to Ma for my wishes. It is very good to know there are others who share my path who are wishing me well. From what I have read it seems that you all along with Shri Maa and Swamiji are doing some excellent praisworthy work. There is intelligence as well as heart within this group.
