Guest guest
Dear group,Is there anyone that can help with this question? In studing (visarjana) on the Mandir site ran across the question BELOW.Entered amulet in search to get more information and this question came up again. Can you help me to understand what the object is that is used as the amulet that we offer here. Is it a yantra you create for wearing or something you choose to fill with this energy and offer?Assumed that to wear the Armor was to understand it and to practice it's principles, had not thought about wearing it physically.Thank you for any help you can lend to this.Jai Maa,DeviWhat is the method of wearing any armor? e.g. Devyah kavacham, Kali kavacham, Vishnu kavacham etcI presume that we are speaking of the physical kavach or amulet. After it has been prepared, perform the puja and establish the yantra. During the offerings section, offer the amulet on the yantra, just as you would offer a rudraksha. You can use the Gayatri mantra for the offering. Afterwards, recite the kavach for that particular deity. Then perform the prana pratishtha to the kavach, kara - anga nyasa, and japa of the mula mantra. After the visarjana is complete, remove the amulet and you can wear it. Please do not let others touch the amulet after the offering has been completed. Also, you can remove it from your body during personal functions: toilet, bathing, etc.
Guest guest
Dear Group, Nice question Devi. I too would like to know more about this ritual. I would also like to know if Swamiji could perform this ritual on ones behalf and courier the amulet / kavacham? If yes, I would like to know the cost of this ritual as I would be very interested.
