Guest guest
Jai Maa! I am so glad for this community, you are all so helpful and responsive. I am hoping you can help me with a small question (or if not, Swamiji if it would not trouble him too greatly). I would like to perform visarjan on an old murti, and was preparing and learning the mantras to do so, but the visarjan mudra is not illustrated in the kali puja book (or in any other books that I could find). Would someone be kind enough to send a photograph or describe the mudra? I (and Maa Kali) would be most grateful. Or if you could point me to an existing video where Swamiji demonstrates, I would be grateful. I know I can just request sincerely that Mother depart from the image, but I would like to learn the formal process. Thank you! Guest guest
Namaste I was going through the old posts and I noticed that there were no responses to this question, and that it was a question that I had for a long time. Swamiji demonstrates the Visarjan Mudra in the last video lesson for Kali Puja, about 2/3 through the video. Here's the address to the video: http://www.shreemaa.org/drupal/node/1274 Jai Ma Kali , " Sundari Johansen Hurwitt " <sundarikali wrote: > > Jai Maa! > > I am so glad for this community, you are all so helpful and responsive.
