Ancestor worship

Namaste all: I have submitted all your questions to Swami regarding

ancestor worship. I am so glad that everyone is interested in this

beautiful and powerful worship. As Swami has said many times: " we

are so grateful to our ancestors, because without their efforts, we

would not be in the beautiful place we are today. We were born into

families most conducive to our growth, and we should be thankful for

their efforts to raise and nuture us. "

Indeed, every time I perform puja, I thank all ancestors for their

effort, their struggle, their devotion, and love, and ask them to keep

sending us love and light, and I ask Shiva to send same to them.

This simple daily prayer really helps me attune to the timeless

connection to all who have come before, and all who will come in the

future.
