Happy Navaratri and may Maa bless us in all that we do...

So the three things that I leaarned from chapter one are as follows...

1) That our original nature is as the King of Good Thoughts. As we

live in the world we develop attachments to people, places, and ideas

causing us to suffer. All beings have these attachments and our

degree of suffering is according to our desires and perceptions. If

our desires guide our thoughts we will continue to suffer.

2) Because the Consciousness of the Universe is deeply in yoganidra

with the Great Measurement, and She is the cause of all objects and

relatioships, we are deluded into the belief that this world is all

there is. It is only after we satisfy Her that She grants us the boon

of liberation and our Consciousness awakens.

3) The ONLY way to conquer the asuras Too Much and Too Little is to

become desireless.

JAI MAA

OM Shanti
