Guest guest
Dear vish ~ as always, your posts are very illuminating. Before I had even read this, in my sharing of what I learned in Chapter 8, I mention the first two ways of getting rid of thoughts. But it never occurred to me that I could just tell it to go away. Another technique I was taught was to think: STOP! ... and then "see" a big red stop sign. I would change that to think or say STOP ... and then visualize Durga or Kali. And then Maa says we can also just say "go away." I'll use that one too. Jai MAA !!! ~ Linda In a message dated 10/6/2008 12:44:05 A.M. Wedo not have to give it our attention. Even can say to it: "go away, you're not my thought."...New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination. Dining, Movies, Events, News more.
