Guest guest
Dear Linda, Narayana (male) or narayani (female) means to expose consciousness. Chapter 11 of the Chandi is called the Hymn of Narayani. This is the worship offered in song after the defeat of self conceit and the other defenders of the ego. Divine Mother in Her infinite wisdom, in order to help us understand and return to our divine nature has Exposed Consciousness by taking form in the being of Shree Maa and Swamiji. Maa and Swamiji live the life of purest divinity, they are ever in communion with the soul and see only God Consciousness in all forms, they are Sita and Ram, the divine couple walking this earth among us. They are Kali and Shiva and we continually bow to their Respected Lotus Feet. Jai Maa Jai Swamiji , nierika wrote:>> > Dear devi ~ thank you. So ... narayana refers to the male diety (like > Visnu), an narayani refers to the female (Durga), or do they always refer to Visnu > and Durga? So many little questions.
