Guest guest
Namaste Everybody! The " Durge Durge Rakshani hum phat swaha " mantra is in the Cosmic puja on page 57. " phat " means cut the ego Also, some time back Maa asked for those of us who do puja at the Mandir to begin establishing pots daily. In the evening, when we take down the puja, She asked that we take the pot with water and sprinkle it around the temple (and on anybody who is around) while saying, " Durge Durge Rakshani hum phat swaha " Jaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaai Maa! , " srini_sadhu " <srini_sadhu wrote: > > Namaste All, > > Thanks for your posts and questions. > > We will get back to you in a few days on posting an audio clip of the > two mantras and also the meaning and text of the Durge Durge mantra. > > Love > srini >
Guest guest
Thank you Srni for your offering to record the new mantra. I must confess that I have a very hard time sitting down and reciting long mantras. My mind will not sit still. I am happy that I am able to go about 4-6 rounds of my mantra, which is not very long. I will attempt to work with the peace sankalpa. This is so very important. Perhaps with the audio example I will be able to find the rhythm and the inspiration to sit down and chant it. Om Jai Kali Ma! Om Namah Shivaya!
