Sri Ramakrishna from Kathamrita:

“ A littla while later the Master began to talk to

MOTHER in a tender voice after repeating “HARI OM HARI OM” the

Master said “ MOTHER, don’t make me unconscious with the knowledge

of Brahman, MOTHER I don’t want Brahmajnana. I want to be merry, I want

to play.” Again he said:”Mother, I don’t know the Vedanta;

and Mother, I don’t even care to know. The Vedas and Vedanta remain so

far below when Thou are realized, O DIVINE MOTHER!”
