Guest guest
Namaste all: regarding how to perform puja to Jesus. When Swami performed Jesus puja Christmas eve, we used the Jesus mantra wherever it fit and we did japa using the Jesus mantra. When we came to the Nyasa, putting the syllables of the mantra onto our fingers and then onto our body, we used Shiva's mantra. If one wanted to, one could break Jesus's mantra into syllables and use it in the Nyasa as we do with Shiva's mantra. Guest guest
Dear Devi, Linda, Vish and all - Jesus Puja That is what I did also. I like the idea of splitting Jesus' name for the nyasa. Next time I do the puja for Jesus I will take a look at the nyasa and split the mantra into syllables. How wonderful we are able to work with the worship in that way. As long as I understand the principles (as best I can!) then it is adaptable to all situations. Om Jai Kali Ma! Om Namah Shivaya!
