Monday: First day of Navaratri

Namaste all family: Today, Monday, is the first day of Winter

Navaratri. Every morning at 5AM we will join in the Temple to sing

songs to Mother Divine, then perform aarti. Please join us on the web

camera.

These are the 9 days of Mother Divine, so it is a very valuable time

to take a sankalpa to worship and praise Mother with increased vigor

and joy. Shree Maa and Swami usually suspend as many outside worldly

activities as possible in order to focus inwards to commune with

Mother. Mother rains Her Grace down upon us with increased intensity

at these 9 day periods, so join us in expressing our love and

gratitude to Her in every way possible.

Yesterday I did the Shiva Puja and then the Durga Puja back to back. I

used all the ingredients to the best of my ability. Today I will do

the same starting with Durga and then Shiva. May Divine Mother bless

us all and overcome all our obstructions and difficulties.
