Namaste all: I am glad to share Swami's teachings. It is an honor to

be able to post here, and I pray each time to share the fullest

measure. I highly recommend taking 45 minutes and reviewing this

class, as it is stored on the Mandir web site, www.shreemaa.org See

Srini's post for the exact link to the stored classes. Each lesson is

so full of information that with each review, one learns more.

Especially this lesson on using the Gayatri mantra for meditation.

Thanks for posting your experience. I too have been using this

technique when I perform Shiva puja daily and it is very powerful.

Has anyone else tried it? How do you feel when doing it?

Namaste All

I have gone back to the stored classes but cannot find the lesson on using the Gayatri Mantra for meditation.

Could you please be more specific on where to find it? Is it lesson 2? Because in this lesson there is no mention of Gayatri Mantra for meditation. Hope you can help?

Love and oms
