We asked him many questions which we have discussed here on the club and it was so powerful and enlightening to hear his responses, and feel the joy and passion as he expounds on these matters so close to his heart. He just wants to reach out and hug everyone in this Universe. He wants to fill us all with his love and passion. He wants to enlighten us all and share the bliss of his realization. And he did. Also, he repeated and expanded upon the technique of using the Gayatri mantra for meditation. His excitement and enthusiasm was so strong and powerful that we were all transported to Shiva consciousness. At the end of the class, the devotees on the live chat sent a message that they all felt they were one with us in the Temple. Swami was overjoyed that everyone felt unified, for that is the ultimate goal of our satsunga. To all those who participated, it was tremendous. For those of you who could not attend, please download the class when it is posted Thursday. Also, if you cannot tune into the live class at 6PM Pacific time, please send your questions here to the club for Swami and we will share them with Swami during class. Even when I read it in the Advanced Shiva Puja book, it seemed too technical and remote. After watching and participating with Swamiji as he did it I could feel myself on the threshold of this practice as a living experience. I was happy enough that these things were published in a book in a manner that enouraged people to actually do them, but being taught them and hearing them from the lips of a realized soul and watching them being done by someone for whom this is an atainment and a realization elevates the understanding a thousand-fold. I can now imagine myself sitting down and going through this whole puja and yagna and finding it, instead of tedious and boring because of my small knowledge, inspiring and illuminating.
