I must have thought something was wrong with my computer because of the slowness. Also I would very much appreciate if someone could tell me what the nyasas poster is and what the matrika nyas is. The nyasas are the ways in which we can place the mantras and letters of the Sanskrit alfabet in our bodies, thus 'putting on the universe', as Swamiji said. You can find a wonderful demonstration of this in the Shiva puja class which deals with pages 135 onwards, and also in the beginner's Shiva puja we have the opportunity to put 'Om namah Shivayah' in our fingertips and our body when we say 'Om nam angustabhyam namah' (kara nyasa), 'om nam hridayaya namah'(anga nyasa) and so on (the part with the rolling over of the hands).
