Guest guest
Question from Henny:Followup to post -/message/29000 Thank you, Swamiji! Forgive me, even after having read the transcript of class number one again, I still don't understand why, if Gayatri is the meter of the first Episode, the text of Chapter One seems to have 32 syllables to the verse instead of 24. Maybe I am counting wrong. I will watch the other Chandi classes and find out.with love,HennySwamiji's response:You are absolutely right! Gayatri is the bhava of the subject matter. The narrative text is written in Anushtup, 32 syllables to the verse. The subject is about getting our priorities straight, putting our lives into balance, and dedicating ourselves to sadhana.
