Guest guest
The 25th day of April is a very special day, because...it is Chris Kerner's birthday! Dear Chris, all your friends and family at the Devi Mandir wish you a very happy birthday! We will all be sending good thoughts your way today and, what is more, we have brought you a birthday gift from the Devi Mandir Treasure House we ask you to accept: " Brahmo Devotee: Great Sir (Mahashay), why are there so many different opinions abut God? Some say He is with form; some say He is without form. And if He has form, everyone has a different opinion of what that form is. Why is there so much confusion? Ramakrishna: When a devotee has a belief in a particular form of God and further develops a living relationship with that form, then there is no more confusion whatsoever. If you have a vision of God in any form, then He himself explains it all to you. How will you learn your way around the city if you do not wander around the neighbourhood? " (The Nectar of Eternal Bliss, p.76) may you be a happy wanderer today and all days, Devi Mandir Birthday Club
