Namaste Kishore and all family: in the text: THE GURU AND THE GODDESS, in the

Kasyapa Sutras, P. 44, Maa states: " The creation has come about in order to

fulfill the quest for perfection. "

P.43 of the Sutras, the great saint Kasyapa states: " This creation is a

collection of individual souls who are making their personal pilgrimages by

means of the laws of harmony and unity, of peace and truth. Or we could say

that dharma, the highest ideal of perfection, comes about in this creation when

every individual soul strives in its pilgrimage towards perfection. "

" The pilgrimage of every individual soul is in accordance with the principles of

its dharma, its ideal of perfection. There is no one who is not on the path.

Every individual soul is progressing in accordance with its own dharma. We have

no right to be judgmental about others, even if it appears that they lack

harmony or balance. This is their chosen ideal of behavior because there is

only dharma in the creation. Everyone is acting in order to fulfill their goals

of perfection. One may want to become the perfect thief, another the perfect

saint, but all are seeking perfection. "

Please visit the Devid Mandir web site, where these Sutras are discussed by

Swami in an audio class. Here is the link:

There is also a great teaching story called: THE KING'S CUT FINGER, which is

included in a book Swami wrote called: SWAMI PURANA.

All these books can be purchased on the Mandir web site.

It is of the utmost importance to understand the reasons for our birth and life

on this planet. Once we have a clear understanding of the reasons we are here,

then we can create a goal, and then a plan to reach our goal.

Thanks so much Kishore for sharing your questions with all of us. You have

demonstrated great courage and trust.

Finally, I add one suggestion to all the other fine suggestions offered to you:

PRAY TO SHREE MAA, ASKING HER FOR CLARITY AND ILLUMINATION. She will surely

hear your prayers and answer them. Open your heart to Her, She hears our

prayers and removes our fears and doubts.

Jai Ma Jai Swami

Thanks Vish for your excellent references to the Kashyap Sutras and for reminding us of our Dharma!I had a question. While I can understand the importance of understanding the reasons of our birth and life, is it the same as understanding the reason/s for God's creation of the universe? I will pray tonight (early morning here) for devotion with Maa and Swamiji and sing the sunderkand....see you all on the webcam!Jai Maa and Jai SwamijiManjushri-- In , "inspectionconnection108" <inspectionconnection108 wrote:>>> > It is of the utmost importance to understand the reasons for our birth and life on this planet.
