I have been studying and practicing A Course in Miracles, a Christian based path

of non-duality, for the last 15 years and have made tremendous progress. I have

recently finished my worldly professional (and many of my social) obligations

and am now ready to devote my life entirely to Self-realization. I want to

deepen and expand my quest and feel drawn to go to India in the next few months

to study and practice in the Advaita tradition for a period of time. I am

looking for a home - a teacher, ashram, matt, retreat, school. Can anyone give

me any insight, suggestions or advice?

Warm regards,

D

You could go to the Yogoda Satsang Society ashrams. If you do a google search

for the name you'll find the adresses. There's one in Ranikhet and from what

I've heard, very beautiful. You could also go to Aurobindo Ashram in Delhi or

Pondicherry.

But before going do coordinate with the ashram. And remember that they have a

structure that you must respect.

All the best on your quest!!!!
