Namaste Bhavananda

Swamiji chants the Seedha Path with us on Sundays.

In summary, here are the chapters to to the Seedha Path - you will find

these chapters in the Table of Contents at the beginning of the book.

The page numbers vary in different versions

1) Kushandika - Starting from the first verse in the book " sriman

mahaganadhipataye namah " to a few pages and ending with the shanti

mantras " om shanti shanti shanti " . These are the introductory mantras to

any recitation

2) Vedic Praise to the Night of Duality - RgVedoktam Ratri Suktam

3) Navarna Vidhi - The system of Worship of the Nine Lettered Mantra

4) The 13 core chapters

5) Navarna Vidhi - The system of Worship of the Nine Lettered Mantra (NB

- Swamiji usually chants 108 Navarna mantras instead of this chapter)

6) Vedic Praise to the Goddess who is Unity - RgVedoktam Devi Suktam

7) Siddha Kunjika Stotram - The Song that gives the key to perfection

8) Chandi Maa Ki Arati

9) BhagavatiStutih

10) Pranamah (the last page).-Bowing down in devotion

Hope this helps. JAI MAA

telecast on Sunday mornings. However, I noticed that it doesn't

necessary follow how Swami has it presented in his book. I seemed to be

able to follow along in the beginning just fine but the audio & video

download seems to seize up at times or something like that and I lose my

place.
