Guest guest
Hello Mahesh, I don't know for sure and that is where the authority of the Swami will help you, but guessing from the sound of your description there it is to much prana flowing before you are fully prepared for it which can cause harm, such as also the flowing into chakra where anger or even rage exists!! Thus if you have relief from not doing intense practice, I suggest not doing any intense practice or meditation in those ways until you are further prepared with Swamis help and direction. Karma yoga, simple family prayer, and regular meals without fasting should be of help for pranas and Kundalini to settle down. (from what little I know) Peace , " mahesh " <akshar_akshar wrote: > > jai shree ma > i am mahesh living in finland for the movement > > i m chanting mantra om him klim chamunday viche > becaue chamunda is my family god > > when i m chanting i went to deep meditation > some people says my kundalini is awake, some says i m going in to samadhi > i dont know axacly what is is but i like experience > > the problem is after i feel headeach ,or i get so much angry > or so much happy or emotional > > i dont know what to do > if i dont chant mantras and dont do deep meditation then everything is ok > > is somebody have solution or atlest what is this experiences > jai maa >
