Guest guest Posted August 10, 2009 Report Share Posted August 10, 2009 Dear divine bob, Your question is pretty interesting when I was small my mom toook me to a temple where on the walls were fierce pictures drawn of anger, greed etc..it was there that I realised to fight these demons who exist within us all, devi who again resides within us (aham brahmasi) has to take a fierce form to fight them. Devi has always been depicted as ever loving in the most sweet forms saraswati, lakshmi etc and also in the fierce forms as kali etc, to fight the demons and lets not forget that the biggest demons are within us and to fight evil we need courage and have to be strong and fierce.
