Guest guest
Since Swamiji gave us the meanings of all of the demons in the Chandi Path, it made me want to find out the meanings of the demons' names in Lalitopakhyana, such as Durmada and Bhandasura. I didn't turn up much convicing about Bhandasura. The only discussion of the meaning that I could find was " ignorant soul full of duality. " Could all that be said just from the word bhanda? Does anyone know more about this, or could anyone point to a source for translation of the names? Rosetta
