Dear divine Members of the group! How we are lucky to get this type of wonderful opportunities in the group sir? It is sure in telling that, Lord Dattatreya showing his powerful blessings on all of us . Here I am trying to give the details of this powerful Datta mantra "Hari om tatsat Jaigurudatta". HOw the combination of Brahma, Vishnu and Maheshwara works?(Datta form) Man discovered three different entities within this centralised and formless power. The three entities are engaged in creation, maintenance and destruction of the universe. The centralised power has three

incarnations-Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver and Maheshwar the destroyer. These three powers are active upon all the plants, stars, men, animels, birds and trees in this universe and the prime centralised power is with them. Then one can easily can find the combination power of these three powers in Lord Dattatreya. Lord dattatreya is portrayed with three faces as the unity of Brahma, Vishnu, and Shiva. Datta is the omni-presence we call God; is Brahman; is Father, son and Holy spirit. Lord Datta is Sadguru, the Guru of all gurus, the very essence of the teachings of every avatar, saint and yogi. A super simple mantra of Lord Dattatreya which gives peace of mind, health and brings automatic changes on every level of our being. The Mantra is

being popularised by SHri Punith Bapu of Shree Girinar Sadhana Ashram Trust at Girinar. Many devotees are coming from other countries (by spending lakshs of rupees ) to this place and residing at this AShram for few days and reciting the mantra for those days and getting superb experiences with full peace of mind and happiness with the blessings of Lord Dattatreya. Try to chant the mantra as per following procedure and have the blessings of lord dattatreya. MANTRA: HARI OM TATSAT JAI GURUDATTA MEANING OF THE MANTRA: Mantras don't mean something rather than are something. A mantra is a word or phrase of power, of salvation , whose effects are known to

be beneficial on every level of life. Because each word of a mantra contains the fulfillness of life, a mantra does not read like a sentence. But if it did, HARI OM TATSAT JAI GURUDATTA would appear something like glory to Lord Datta, the eternal reality cncompassing all love, truth and being. This mantra not only carries the power and grace of Lord Datta, it is Lord Datta - there is no separation. This mantra is a spiritual catalyst. It serves as a uniquely effective tool for self-development, connecting us to our own inner guide, and leading us onto our individual paths towards unfoldment. Inner awakening through sound:: Deep within the elements of our existence, the sound vibrations created through chanting of the sanskrit words and syllables percolate, tuning the very structure of our being to perfect harmony. Just as scientists are finding that if they change the

rate of vibration of the atoms of a material, the very substance and structure of the material will change; so we find that the soundless sounds of God's word are vibrating within, and automatically bringing the changes that we call spiritual unfoldment. Mantra Japa: One can begin his saadhana by doing japa of this mantra. Japa means reciting the mantra, continuously using the mala(rosary). The mala has 108 beads and is used for countng as well as for better concentration. one cna also recite the mantra for a fixed time everyday. First decide the time, place and the number of malas to be performed every day. Cleanliness is important during the saadhana period. Take abath everyday and wear celan clothes while doing the japa. one can begin the japa either on saturday, monday, or thursday by offering a shelled coconut (if available) in front of the Lord Datta'sphoto, use incense, light a wick lamp

and offer flowers if possible. This is to purify the environment and to show your surrendering to sadguru because surrendering and faith plays a key role during sadhana. If you have a guru, feel the existence of sadguru in your guru and if you don't have a guru then accept Lord Datta, the sadguru as your guru and begin your sadhana.By repeating the mantra HARI OM TATSAT JAIGURUDATTA, we receive the sbutle energy which gives us the experience of spontaneous meditation and initiates the process of unfoldment, purifying our minds and bodies. Chanting can be done either out loud in a group, or silently alone. Sit comfortably and repeat the mantra rhythmically and energetically for 15 minutes or more each day especially in the early morning. The length of time can vary according to your interests and capacities. After the chanting is over, sit quietly with closed eyes, without touching other, for 10

minutes. Absorb the energy received through the mantra. During the silence, do not continue the mantra mentally, unless the mantra continues on its own. If your mind wanders, simply relax and oberve your thoughts and let go of them. EFFECTS: With daily repetition and sincerity, the course of your meditation unfolds itself to you, without the help of a human guru, creating a feeling of joy and peace that can blossom into increased awareness and realization. Over all the body becomes purer, enjoying healings we might not have thought possible. The mind eased of worry, of pressures and stress, of hurry and confusion - grows calm, bringing synchrony in the analytical and intuitive hemispheres of the brain. And all our relationships from family to office, take on an increasing harmony and enjoyment. The ultimate goal which want

to bless us with this meditatio is the great peace born of Self-realization,l that we know ourselves to be reservoir of truth, of love, of humility. This is the knowledge of the Supreme that alone will fill us, make us complete and allow us to be true servants. Please do this sadhana and enjoy your life will full peace and happiness.
