Ok, your query being a Srividya related query, let me not give you a vague answer.Yes your info is right. There is Taantreeka sandhya Vidhaanam.The components given in Srividya Nithyanhikam is thus:(substantiated by Sri BhaskaraRaya also)1. Moola Aachamyam2. Moola Tri-pranayamam3. Deshakaalu sankeerthana4. Devi maana reethi sankalpam(Use of Rajarajeshwari Devi here)Do the "Moola mantra" utterance 4 times then do the Tatwa Achamanam. With the Moola mantra you must do Pranayamam, then devi maana reethi sankalpam.Please don't confuse the word "Maana' with "Mana".Maana reethi sankalpam means1. Vaaram2. Ghatika3. Dinam4. Nitya5. Varnam6. Maasam7. Yugam8.Parivruthhi.These are the 8 components.These 8 components change everyday.See these Astha-angas and then see what is in store for that day and do the sankalpa. In an ordinary panchanga(say ghantala panchanga) there are1. Tithi2. Vara3. Nakshatra4. Yoga5. Karanam.(Pancha-anga means five limbs)Using these shroutha,smaartha vidhanas and nitya and nimitta karmas are seen for sankalpa.Then one must say,after the 8 limbed sankalpa, "srividya pratha sandhya...""Sreenaathaadi Gurutrayam...." mantraThen Gurupaduka mantra is to be utteredThen sumukhaadi pancha mudras are to be shown then Sriguru namaskara has to be offered and then do the moola mantra till rishyaadi dhaayanam. then start uttering from "am to aha" aksharas by taking water in ones palm and then do a prakshalana to one's body with the energized water.Then do after that letters kam to sa as I told you in an earlier email.then do the dhyana of the suryamandala devi roopam.Then one must do according to one's lineage....Amrita malini prayogam,aathma tatwa shodhanam,arghyam,srimahatripurasundari paduka mantra,dhyanam again,thennaadhaparayana and then ghatika parayana with turiya gayathri,vaagbhava gayathri,moola vidya,vaagbhavakoota uccharana,upasthanam...and a few mantras after that complete the pratha srividya sandhyavandanam.The pratha concentrates on Suryamandala.The madhyanhika sandhyavandana concentrates on anahatha--the moolavidya dwityaakotam rakhtha varnam visualization and then the tejas is brought till brahma granthi through Sushumna and then surya mandala sankalitham must be done.the saayamsandhya concentrates on Aaajna chakra.Since Srividya sandhyavandana involves kundalini exercises, I would advice you to learn from your Guru or a Good srividya adept with your Guru's permission.(I can suggest you Sri Pinapaati Veerabhadra Mahadev Garu but do not know whether He still is in Chennai.
