EXCERCISES FOR HEALER, BEFORE HEALING SESSION:

 

INNER GRATITUDE:

 

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Think of all who helped you.

Think of the benefit you got out of the help.

Thank them.

Think of all those who harmed you.

Find the benefit you got thro' that harm.

Thank them.

Think of those whom you helped.

Find the benefit you got out of that help.

Thank them.

Think of those whom you harmed.

Mentally ask forgiveness for the harm you did.

Think of benefits both of you got from the harm.

Thank them for tolerating you.

Think of the natural resources that contributed.

Thank them.

Feel the gratitude everywhere.

Find yourself thankful to all the creation of god.

Slowly open your eyes & start your routine.

 

GROUNDING:

 

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Concentrate on your breathing.

Be aware of the energies around.

Be aware of your thoughts.

Find the thoughts that make you comfortable.

Find the thoughts that make you restless.

Know that restlessness is due to non-grounding.

Let the divine love shower on you.

Let these energies enter thro' top of head.

Let these energies fill your body.

Feel the comfort with these energies.

Let the disturbing thoughts develop roots.

Let these roots go into the ground.

Request these roots to reach the solution.

Feel the relief from the upsets.

Now let the divine love create total rooting.

Feel perfectly grounded with practical attitude.

Slowly open your eyes and start the routine.

 

 

NAADBRAHMA MEDITATION:

 

Sit with spine straight & legs folded.

Concentrate on breathing for a while.

Keep the mouth closed & close eyes.

Start the `hum' sound with exhalation.

Feel the relaxation with each `hum'.

When relaxed, bring palms on naval.

Let the open palms face upward under naval.

Continue with `hum' for some time.

Feel the energy in and around.

Spread the palms to shower the energy around.

With hands on naval, say `hum' for some time.

Let the open palms face downwards now.

Gather the universal energy from around.

Bring palms on naval and place it in your naval.

Feel the give and take of energy with universe.

Lie down on your back with eyes closed.

Feel the oneness with the universe for a while.

Find yourself ready for the energy work.

Slowly open the eyes & start the routine.

 

 

BALANCING OF CHAKRAS

 

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Feel your crown and root charkas.

Allow the divine energies flow thro' them.

Feel the energies in them getting balanced.

Feel your third eye and sacral charkas.

Allow the divine energies flow thro' them.

Feel the energies in them getting balanced.

Feel your throat and solar plexus charkas.

Allow the divine energies flow thro' them.

Feel the energies in them getting balanced.

Feel the alignment of all these charkas.

Feel your heart charka.

Allow the divine energies flow thro' it.

Feel the energies in it getting balanced.

Feel your heart in alignment with other charkas.

Feel the energies of all the charkas vibrating.

Slowly open your eyes and start the routine.
