Aaraam-Community peaceful Living -Ownership basis & with security

We a few retired/retiring NRI's (Upper middle Class) like to form a Community Living resort with all modern facilities and giving full ownership to inmates and managing/providing security, food, recreation, medical aid, full maintenance etc etc. A real retirement life for spouse also.

We are still in the initial stage and drafting the terms & conditions. The proposed project may be anywhere in Coimbatore/Palghat, closer to hospital with full medical facilities,The colony proposed will be a modern, fully furnished including all facilities/catering/ fully secured and a club house , multi purpose hall/ prayer/meditation/ ayurvedic treatments.

We understand the land, the construction labour & materials will be cheaper now due to present financial crisis and like to utilise the situation

If you like to join the team, in the active Managing team, or in the advisory board or as Promoters please advise Mr S.Mani ideaindia, latest by 28th Nov.2008

We can also go as a joint venture with the property owners

We like to have 50 cottages or so initially with future expansion and all inmates are like minded seniors. their children can stay also.

Now a days living alone is difficult for senior citizens with all problems related to servants, distance, driving, daily chores of life, medical need, companionship, Law & order, crime rate in cities etc etc for Senior Citizens. A lot of units coming up, but no one likes to give the Ownership of the premises. We like to give the ownership too We can collectively enjoy all functions and still live a worry free retired life. we deserve after serving for long years
