Hi Suresh,You have raised a very intriguing question. But same thing also be said for discrimination against women(a conterversial topic which comes up again and again). Some practises were put in place based on the assumptions hundreds of years ago. Some of them should be questioned periodically

and not blindly accepted. You raise a valid point. I agree with you.I hope there is day when priests can come from any caste/creed as long as they are well versed in doing the poojas and being devoted to Lord Ayyappa.

When people from all caste, creed and colour are allowed to make a

pilgrimage to Sabarimalai, will there be a day when Priest also can be

from any caste, creed and colour?

Dear Swami,

Just think one thing. Who is giving you this type of thinking--It is the lord

himself. He is testing your patience. Just tell me what is beyond this world or

universe. Dear Swami we are all the most intellectual being in the universe. It

is like this---WHile travelling in the train we find many scenes on the way.

Romance, fight, spouse being beaten, sufferings etc but when our stop comes we

get down and move towards our work place, home etc or for what we had travelled

from one destination to another. Just think that a person's life is such. For

example--not long ago controversy over Putaparthi Saibaba was talk of the town,

Ayodhya was also a nation talk and there were many more. What has happened to

all that. Has this changed You and me or way of living for those walking on the

right path. You may hear many more news than Sabarimala thanthri--Jayamala etc

cases and maybe worst than that but our aim is to SEE GOOD BE GOOD DO GOOD not

only to human beings

but even to a small ant which might be going its way to its house. But if

someone hurts you to the extreme then teach the living creature a lesson.

Always be good towards everyone.
