Sriman, Synthetic stones don't have prana, so no jyotish effect. I fail to comprehend your facination for Lab Grown Emeralds. Anyhow the best quality lab emerald is created at chatham.com, a loose 5 carat gem quality synthetic emerald shall cost U$ 700/carat.
