I have some personal experience of Sri Rudraksha, Tulasi neck malas and some metals, also manmade objects like yantras and kavachas. Unfortunately I have so far no experience with gemstones due to the cost. Please let me know, I will gladly submit my testimonial if others will do the same. This could even be scientifically applied if enough people respond. I can start by saying that during a very hard time in my life I unexpectedly came into contact with a 14 mukhi, and this, somehow, immediately lifted my spirits, things got better and better. So I could say that I " felt " the effect of 14 mukhi Rudraksha in a more pronounced way than I have ever experienced with gems before. But some how my inner faith in Rudraksha is a bit partiality to 14 mukhis over all others combined. I would rather have a 14 mukhi than a round one mukhi. I have a lot more stories too. More stories please... don't be shy...Everyone come on... Guest guest Posted May 21, 2008 Report Share Posted May 21, 2008 first of all i wish i wore rudkraksha earlier but i guess lord shiva had his plans for me. now this all may sound envangelical but ever since i have worn the beads i have not thought of anything else mainly but lord shiva in my heart. so there is no doubt in my mind that these beads are very holy indeed and that those who even get a chance to convince someone else in getting it for themselves for their betterment is lucky indeed. i have been trying to tell people but like me who was so difficult, maybe its not time for them. maybe it was like me in which desperation led me to purchase them. furthermore there is no doubt in my mind that shani is the planet that brings you closer to god. for those who are willing to go near him during sade saati they are blessed more. that is why sadee saati can be so painful because people resist going closer to god during that time but i believe it is very necessary. well i am currently wearing 12 mukhi and 13 mukhi rudraksha bracelets that are with java beads and i am getting phenomenal results from them. i can say that i am less sinful more than ever and never have felt this close to lord shiva before in my entire life. i am also doing japa every morning and evening because of the sattvic nature that has arisen in me after wearing them. i am also getting a weird arousal when i am doing japa of "om namah shivaya". i actually get a goosebump feeling when after starting my second round. i do about 8 rounds of japa in total of om namah shivaya. 4 in the morning and 4 in the evening. after the 4 rounds of japa it induces me straight into a meditation that is not long yet but has been improving gradually. the time factor isn't important in the meditation. what i find most important is the thought processes that are invoked during it and also the feeling of wholeness (nectar of the gods) that occurs after the process of japa and meditation. attributes: 12 mukhi bracelet is giving me the power of the sun mainly the adityas to be more accurate. this was the first rudraksha i have purchased and i can't believe it took me till age 35 to buy it. all this time i have been through so much but i guess it was lord shivas way of purification. it has also made not spend my money on less than virtous activities. it has given me great control over my sexual desire but that is due to the placement of my sun i my kundli. it has nullified the adverse effects. it hasn't done them completely but gradually great changes have occurred and i expect more to come as i wear them continously. this has been only approx 40 days since purchase. i would say i have another 50 days to go to see more positive effects. 40 to 90 days is often said for the extended benefits to arise 13 mukhi bracelet has just been purchased and i have worn it now with the 12 mukhi bracelet and have noticed all the powers of the 13 mukhi. however the only power i have not developed is all the 8 siddhies as prescribed but if i get them i will be sure to let you know a) that i got them b) how i got them. contrary to others and some schools of thought, i believe siddhis don't detract from spiritual progress but instead are mere landmarks for your development into godhead. i am also seeing the effect of the 13 mukhi on attacting the correct life partner and perfecting a happy family life. as a result i believe i will be getting married shortly and am very happy about this as i owe this honestly to the effect of the 13 mukhi and its purifying effects it has on the person with the opposite sex. one thing noticed with the 13 mukhi is that it does give you the ability to attract and control aimals. i was doing the mantra om namah shivaya outside near the beach one day. and this squirrel just suddenly started inching closer to me as i was doing the mantra. well things like this just don't happen to me. so i was very much impresed by the nature of things. i have worn the 13 mukhi for about only 2 weeks and i believe because of the 12 mukhi, its effects have been enhanced rather quickly due to the changes caused by the 12 mukhi being ruler of the sun. overall the experience has been mindblowing to say the least. i am so lucky to be in love with lord shiva. i feel so blessed. i mean words really can't do justice to the state of mind that has been achieved by just merely wearing these beads. i believe the rules of the beads will come naturally to the user. it is so funny but if you go with the flow of wearing them the sattvic nature will naturally arise and you will just follow those rules as if you had made them up yourself because you care so much about those beads. in other words i believe that the rules are inside those beads and the rules (i.e no sex, menstruation, dirty environment, oiling) prescribed on many sites needs to be experienced just by wearing the beads. so whether you eat meat or have sex or whatever else you do wrong (as prescribed by the rules) you will eventually succumb to the nature of these holy beads. lord shiva is most compassionate to us and he wants us to realize this compassion. thus i want to refrain from those who feel impure and thus don't purchase the beads. i think the opposite actually i think we should encourage all to wear the beads and go through the fire as i call it in their own unique way as
