Who is a Hindu?

What exactly is the meaning of a " Hindu " - though born in India,

who are non veg, do not worship Bhagavan, and have never read the

Gita!?? Even many Muslims are born in India - does THAT birth in

Hindustan make them Hindu?

Any Christian who has not read Bible, any Muslim who has not read

Koran, any Hindu who has NOT read Gita, they are ALL nonsense, and

belong to no religion.

One can be a born Indian, because that is political law. Nationality.

But no one is a born Hindu. Hindu is a wisdom, a realization, a

practice, a philosophy. It is NOT a nationality. Hindu is religion,

not a nationality. Anyone can be a Hindu, even if born on the Moon.

But to be Indian one must be born Indian, OR take up Indian

nationality legally. Hinduism is not a legal matter.

In Gita Lord Krishna clearly says that to be a Hindu of any varna is a

matter of " guna " and " karma " - no where does He mention " Janma "

(chaturvarnam mayasristam guna-karma vibhagashah---Gita).
