The transiting Sun entered Aries last Tuesday and this month's New Moon was at 1

degree of Aries on the following day, Wednesday the 14th. The Sun in Aries is

usually a very good and energetic time as the Sun is exalted in this sign, but

the dispositer of the Sun, Mars, is still debilitated in Cancer. This means the

next four weeks are going to be rather low on the energy meter. Vitality and

essential values will seem harder to come by. Leaders and bureaucrats will be

ineffective and pandering. New beginnings now are likely not to take a good

root. Better to wait until after May 20th if possible, when the Sun in well

established in fixed sign Taurus.

While the Sun is transiting Aries through May 14, 2010, those who have Scorpio

rising will be open to disputes and sensitive health. Scorpio's with any chronic

condition should be very careful as Ketu is transiting the eighth house and

these are likely to flare up without warning. Virgo Lagnas will encounter more

obstacles than usual with set backs in health. Taurus Lagnas will be at risk of

manipulations, see more expenses, losses, health issues, or plan to visit

distant places.

Mercury turns retrograde on the 17th in Aries and will be combust the Sun after

the 21st through May 5th. This period will be especially difficult for leaders

and administrations to come to any understandings and meetings will not be

fruitful. Petty arguments are very likely due to misunderstandings while Mars is

aspecting Mercury form the 23rd to the 25th. Spring allergy, respiratory and

asthma sufferers beware to take extra precautions as this is a bad couple of

weeks for these conditions.

Jupiter enters Pisces on 2nd May, 2010, where it will transiting through 8th

May, 2011, except when it retrogrades into Aquarius between 2nd November, 2010

to 5th December, 2010,
